Purchasing Prices of Soybean in Some Northeast China Areas on Nov 7
Date:08 November 2016
Today in the producing areas in Northeast China the purchasing and outbound sale prices of soybean record no significant adjustments. The purchasing prices of clean grain are mainly from RMB 3,500 to 3,600 / tonne with the FOB prices from RMB 3,700 to 3,800 / tonne, and the difficult outbound sales continue. The outbound sales of soybean are impeded by tight transport capacity with difficult access to rail and road transportation as well as the rising freight. The purchasing companies are inactive in participating in the market and the prices are unlikely to rise or fall in the near future. On the main markets in southern sales areas the sale prices of the soybean from Northeast China are generally adjusted up by RMB 60 to 100 / tonne, as a result of the increased freight, the decreased arrivals of goods and the short supply in some markets. If the tight transport capacity cannot be eased in the short term, the prices are likely to have space for more increases in different areas.
